1. Mr. Nguyen Quoc Trung

Chairman

Since graduating from the Vietnam University of Commerce, Mr. Trung has accumulated more than 24 years’ management experience in big companies. His roles have included: Chief Accountant of Castrol BP Petco Ltd.; Chief Financial Officer of PTN Chemical Co., Ltd. and Schmidt Vietnam Co., Ltd., and Internal Supervisor of Total Refinery and Marketing Asia. He was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors in 2008. With his experience in finance, he has made many contributions to control PG Bank’s operation effectively.


2. Ms. Tran Van Huong

Member

Ms. Tran Van Huong holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Banking Academy and has almost 10 years experience in finance - banking area. She used to work for HSBC Vietnam and the Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited Company. Ms Huong has been awarded a number of significant prizes and certificates by prestigious organizations including: Incentive Award - "Entrepreneurship" Contest given by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and Business Forum Magazine; Full Scholarship for "CPA Australia Program" sponsored by the Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited Company; Top 10 Most Excellent Business Projects - "Entrepreneurship with Kawai" Contest awarded by the Foreign Trade University. In April 2014, she was appointed to be a member of PG Bank's Board of Supervisors.

3. Ms. Ha Hong Mai

Member

Ms. Ha Hong Mai is a Bachelor of Economics, Hanoi National Economics University. Ms. Mai has 14 years of experience of reevaluation and internal audit. Joining PG Bank from 2007, Ms. Ha Hong Mai is responsible for managing the internal audit procession of PG Bank. In June 2013, Ms. Mai was appointed as Head of Internal Audit Department. Ms. Ha Hong Mai has been a member of the Supervisory Board since October 15, 2019.
