1. Mr. Bui Ngoc Bao
Mr. Bui Ngoc Bao has a PhD in Economics. For his outstanding professional performance, he was honorably awarded a number of merit certificates by the Prime Minister and the Vietnamese General Confederation of Labor. As the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PG Bank, he has made remarkable contributions to mapping out the orientation for PG Bank’s development and he has always provided timely support and guidance in operations.
2. Mr. Nguyen Quang Dinh
Nguyen Quang Dinh has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and
finance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from the Academy of
Finance (formerly the University of Financial and Accountancy) and
Diploma in Management from Henley Business School in the United Kingdom.
Through his prolonged
commitment to PG Bank – dating from its transformation into an urban
commercial joint stock bank - in the role of Chief
Executive Officer, he has made outstanding contributions to the Bank,
leading it in overcoming challenges and achieving great success. With
his excellent professional performance, he has been awarded merit
certificates by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) and the Hanoi
3. Mr. Nguyen Manh Hai
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hai holds a MBA Valedictorian graduated from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain and a Bachelor of Art in Business and Management from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom. Mr Hai has joined in PG Bank since 2007 and took responsibility in Investment Manager, Deputy Director in Treasury and Monetary Business and Head of Investment Division in September 2010. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since April 2011. In September 2017, he was appointed to be Deputy CEO of PG Bank in charge of the Investment Banking and Retail Banking Services.
4. Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam
Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam is currently the Deputy General Director of Petrolimex and has been the Group’s spokesperson since March 14th
2012. His excellent performance has been honorably awarded with a merit
certificate by the Prime Minister. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in
accounting and having more than 20 years’ experience in accounting and
finance, he has been devoted to PG Bank since its transformation to an
urban commercial joint stock bank and has made significant contributions
to establishing and developing its banking management system.
5. Mr. Dinh Thanh Nghiep
Mr. Dinh Thanh Nghiep used to be the Director of Dong
Thap Muoi Rural Join Stock Bank, the former name of PG Bank. After the
bank was transformed into an urban joint stock bank, he became a member
of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO of PG Bank. He graduated from
the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh City and the Ho Chi Minh City
University of Law. He has also completed a High-level Political Theory
6. Mr. Le Minh Quoc
Le Minh Quoc holds a PhD in Physical Geology in Russia. Currently, he
is the Chairman of Member’s Council of Viet Nang Co. Ltd.; Deputy
Director of Military Petrochemical Corporation (MIPEC), and Director of
Mipecland JSC. With many years’ experience in management, he has made a
valuable contribution to the development of PG Bank.
7. Mr. Luu Van Tuyen
Mr. Luu Van Tuyen holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Academy of Finance. With more than 20 years experience in the field of accounting and finance, he has held many important roles in Petrolimex and its subsidiaries including Deputy Chief Accountant - Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Company, Supervisory Board Member of Petrolimex, Chief of the General Division - Finance and Accounting Centre of Petrolimex Chief Accountant of Petrolimex. At present, he is Deputy General Director of Petrolimex appointed in December 2018 and has been a member of the Board of Director.
8. Mr. Nguyen Hy To Van
Nguyen Hy To Van holds a Bachelor’s degree from Belarusian State
University and a Master’s degree from University of Paris 8. With many
years’ experience in management, he has held many important roles,
including CEO at many companies (Asta Int. (USA), Nang Viet Co. Ltd.,
Hoi Vu Jst. Co., Paragon Co.) and Head of the Hedging Committee of
Petrolimex Group. Currently, he is General Secretary of Vietnam
Petroleum Association. He was appointed to be an independent member of
PG Bank’s Board of Directors (2010-2015) in April 2013.
