0h00 25 November, 2009 through 24h00 30 November, 2009, Vietnam national
Petroleum Corporation is going to launch the first phase of charging promotion
price to clients placing payments of retail gas by Flexicard. Accordingly,
customers will enjoy VND 350 of discount for each litre of petrol and diesel,
VND 250 of discount for each litre of carousel.
