DEBIT FUNCTION
■ Retail: To make
payments for goods and services at the shops, supermarkets which accept
Flexicard, you are to follow the steps below:
- Give the card to the shop assistant
- The shop assistant will swipe the card
through the POS and you enter your PIN code and the money need for payment.
- The cashier then prints the transaction bill
and you check the information in the bill carefully before signing in
confirmation.
- After the transaction, you keep a copy of the bill as a proof of
the transaction.
■ Cash Advance: You can also carry out the cash advance transaction at POS of PB Bank
with the following steps:
- Present
the card to the transaction dealer.
- After
the transaction dealer swipes the card through the POS, you enter the PIN
code and the amount of cash to withdraw.
- The
cashier prints the transaction bill, you check the information and sign in
confirmation.
- At
the end of the transaction, you keep a copy of the bill for later
comparison if necessary.
Notice: The amount of money to withdraw must
be smaller than the balance, and the maximum amount for withdrawal is VND 20
million.
■ Fund transfer:
- Present
the card to the transaction dealer
- The
transaction dealer swipes the card through the POS and selects the
transaction of fund transfer
- Carry
out the transaction
-Transfer between two Debit card accounts: You
just need to enter PIN code, the receiver’s account number and the amount of
money for transfer
- Transfer from Debit account to Prepaid
account: You just need to enter PIN code, the amount of money for transfer and tap
the Prepaid card into the card reader
- The cashier prints the bill of transaction. You
are required to check the bill before signing in confirmation.
- To end the transaction, you keep one copy to compare later if necessary
Notice: At present, you are only allowed to
conduct transfer between PG Bank card holders.
■ PIN Change:
- Swipe
the card through the POS and select the “Change PIN code” transaction
- Enter
PIN code provided by PG Bank and press Enter
- Enter
your new PIN code and reenter it for confirmation, press Enter
- The
screen displays the notice of successful transaction.
- After
the transaction, you can use the new PIN code to conduct other
transactions.
■ Reset PIN code:
- You
make a request paper, sign in confirmation, give it to the officer of the
card-accepting department and pay fee under PG Bank’s request.
- The
officer swipes the card, select the transaction of Reset PIN
- You
enter your ID number, your card number and press Enter]
- You
enter the new PIN code and reenter it for confirmation, press Enter.
- The
office prints the bill, you check, sign in confirmation and keep one copy.
End of the transaction.
■ Balance Inquiry:
- You
present the card to the officer of the card-accepting department
- The
officer swipes the card, asks the customers to enter PIN code and select the
transaction of Balance Inquiry
- The
officer prints the transaction bill and gives it to the customers. You
check the details and sign in confirmation
- At
the end of the transaction, you keep a copy of the bill to compare later
if necessary.
■ Mini Statement:
- You
present the card to the officer of the card-accepting department
- The
officer swipes the card, asks the customers to enter PIN code and select
the transaction of Mini Statement.
- The
officer prints the transaction bill and gives it to the customers. You
check the details and sign in confirmation
- At
the end of the transaction, you keep a copy of the bill to compare later
if necessary
Notice: The Mini Statement transaction
is conducted within 5 latest transactions of the customer’s account.
PREPAID FUNCTION
■ Card Activation transaction: This transaction is aimed at activating the Prepaid card before usage:
- The
officer of the card-accepting department conducts the Merchant Service
Card and select the Card Activation transaction.
- You
proceed to tap the card into the card reader of POS ( tap twice, the first
time to confirm the transaction, the second time for the payment device to
activate the balance for the prepaid card)
- After
the transaction, you can use your card to conduct other transactions.
■ Goods/ Services Purchase:
- You
give the card to the officer of the card-accepting department
- The
officer tap the card into the card reader of the payment device and enter
the amount of money for payment.
- The
officer prints the transaction bill and gives it to the customers. You
check the details and sign in confirmation
- At
the end of the transaction, you keep a copy of the bill to compare later
if necessary
■ Top up transaction:
- You
fill in the request paper, sign in confirmation and give cash to the
officer of the card-accepting department.
- The
officer swipes his/her Merchant Service Card to confirm the transaction.
The officer swipes the customer’s Prepaid card, select the Topup
transaction and enter the amount of money.
- The
officer prints the transaction bill and gives it to the customers. You
check the details and sign in confirmation
- At
the end of the transaction, you keep a copy of the bill to compare later
if necessary
■ Balance Inquiry:
- You
tap the card into the card reader of the payment device, select the
“Balance Inquiry” Transaction
- The
device prints out the bill containing the balance. End of the transaction.
Notice:
The balance of the account one day is the balance of the previous day
■ Mini Satement:
- You
tap the card into the card reader of the payment device, select the Mini
statement transaction.
- The
device prints out the bill containing the balance. End of the transaction.
Notice: The statement only lists the 5
lastest transactions.
