At ATMs

■ Cash Withdraw:

• You select the amount of money to withdraw by pressing the buttons on the ATM or by enter the amount of money directly.
• The screen displays the notice of successful transaction and the balance on the account. You get back the card, money and the bill (if selected) and end the transaction.

■ Fund transfer:

• Enter the receiver’s account number, press Enter
• Enter the amount of money for transfer, press Enter
• The screen displays the notice of successful transaction and the balance on the account. You get back the card, money and the bill (if selected) and end the transaction.

Notice:

• At present, you can only transfer money to other PG Bank card holders.
• You are expected to enter exactly the account number of the beneficiary and the amount of money for transfer.
• The maximum amount of money to transfer each time is VND 20 million. There is no limit for times and amount of money for transfer.

■ Mini Statement:

• Press the button of the Mini Statement Transaction
• The screen displays the notice of successful transaction. You get back the card and the statement from the ATM. End of the transaction.

Notice: The statement only lists the 5 latest transactions.

■ Balance Inquiry:

• On the screen for selecting transactions, press the button of the Balance Inquiry Transaction
• Select the way to check the balance: on screen or in the statement.
• The screen displays the notice of successful transaction. You get the card and the statement back.
  
• End of the transaction.

■ PIN change:

• Insert your card to the machine in the direction illustrated at ATM
• Select display language (English or Vietnamese)
• Select the transaction of “Change PIN code” on the screen
• Enter the old PIN code, press Enter
• Enter the new PIN code, press Enter
• Reenter the new PIN code, press Enter
• The screen displays the line: “Changed PIN code successfully”. You get the card back from the machine
• After the above steps, you can utilize the new PIN code.

■ Utilize and preserve Flexicard

• When receiving the new card, the cardholder is required to sign his/her name immediately on the signature strip at the back of the card.
• Do not lend others your card to avoid later complaints and disputes.
• When the card is stolen or lost, please call the Call Center department (Tel: 04 62 555 999) or go to the nearest branch/ transaction office to lock the card.
• You mustn’t reveal PIN code to other people. In case PIN code is revealed, it is necessary you inform PG Bank right away to lock the card and request the new PIN code.
• When using the card to pay for goods/services, you are advised to check the details in the bill carefully before signing in confirmation and keep one bill. Avoid bending the card or leaving it next to magnetic objects, pay attention ot preserving the card for longer use.
• Prepaid FlexiCard is considered to be an e-wallet, so it needs to be kept and preserved carefully. The cardholder has to take the responsibility in losing the card or money on the card.
