1. Mr. Bui Ngoc Bao
Chairman of Board of Directors
Dr. Bao was appointed Chairman with effect from May 2006. Dr. Bao is PhD in Economics and brings the experience of being a Chief Executive Director of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation – the largest shareholder of PG Bank. With strategic vision, Mr. Bao has made valuable contribution to the development of the Bank.

2. Mr. Tran Long An
Member of Board of Directors
Member of Board of Directors since May 2006. Mr. An has held a number of important roles in subsidiaries of Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation.Currently, he is a member of Board of Directors and Chairman of Board of Supervisors of Petrolimex. Mr. An has a Bachelor of Accounting and High-level Political Theory.

3. Mr. Tran Ngoc Nam
Member of Board of Directors
Member of Board of Directors since May 2006. Mr. Nam has been involved in the Accounting and Finance field for more than 20 years. Mr. Nam has made significant contribution to the development and management of the Bank since the transformation to urban bank
Currently, he is Chief Accountant of Petrolimex. Mr. Nam holds Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.

4. Mr. Le Minh Quoc
Member of Board of Directors
Member of Board of Directors since May 2006. He brings over 15 years experience in management. Mr. Quoc is also the CEO of Viet Nang Co. Ltd. He is PhD in Physical Geology in Russia.

5. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Ha
Member of Board of Directors
Member of Directors since July 2008. Ms. Ha has strong background in Finance industry and brings the experience of being Chief Financial Officer of Saigon Securities Incorporation – the second largest shareholder of PG Bank. She has made great contribution to draw up and develop the strategies for the Bank. Ms. Ha holds Master degree in Banking and Finance.

6. Mr. Dinh Thanh Nghiep
Member of Board of Directors
Being member of Board of Directors since 2005, Mr. Nghiep is also a Deputy CEO of PG Bank. He has many years of experience in Senior Manager position. He was Vice Chairman of Board of Directors and Director of the Bank. He also held Deputy General Director – Calimex Joint Stock Company. His contribution is vital to the current success of PG Bank.He graduated from University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and Ho Chi Minh City University of Law

7. Mr. Nguyen Quang Dinh
Member of Board of Directors
Being Chief Executive Officer of PG Bank since May 2006, Mr. Dinh also is a member of Board of Directors since Apr 2011. Dominating deep understanding in Banking and Finance industry and long involvement with PG Bank, he has made outstanding contributions to the success of the Bank. Mr. Dinh holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Academy of Finance (formly University of Financial and Accountancy).

8. Mr. Nguyen Manh Hai
Member of Board of Directors
Being a member of Board of Directors since April 2011, Mr. Hai is also Head of Investment since Sep 2010. With strong background in finance and banking industry as well as years of experience in management position, Mr. Hai has made great contribution to the sustainable development of PG Bank. He holds a MBA degree from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain and Bachelor of Art in Business and Management from University of Reading, United Kingdom - the top ranked Universities in the world. Besides, he joined many professional training programs involved in banking and finance.

9. Mr. Vo Van Hiep
Non-executive Director
Non-executive Director since Apr 2011. Mr. Hiep brings 14 years of experience in management position and has also had significant involvement in well-established financial institutions including Citi Group, VN Partners and Deutsche Bank.Mr. Hiep is also CEO of Vietnam Investments Partners, LLC and member of Board of Directors of Vietnam Chitin Joint Stock Company. Mr. Hiep has strong background in Banking and Finance. He has a Bachelor degree from West Point – United States Military Academy. Mr. Hiep also holds a MBA degree - Harvard Business School.
